Feragaia is a handcrafted, small batch, 0.0% free-spirit distilled in Scotland's first alcohol-free distillery. It’s made from 14 land and see botanicals and minerals directly sourced from one of the world’s most breathtaking places. At 0.0% ABV, Feragaia does not use alcohol in its process, making this a truly alcohol-free option.
Feragaia is almost like an aperitif. And works great in all dark spirit cocktails. It’s golden in colour, and has bright herbal and citrus notes, balanced with some deeper smokier notes and a very slight bitter tease. It’s not trying to be a counterpart to any alcoholic spirit, rather it’s its own liquid. The easiest way to try Feragaia is with ginger beer or even soda or tonic water, where its complexity really shines. It works in a complicated non-alcoholic cocktail too, but is at its best in simple mixtures with a splash of citrus.
Feragaia is also zero-sugar, which makes it a great option for anyone looking for low-sugar mocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails.
